Only the Amal team. Your journal entries are stored privately and are never read. Not by us, and not by anyone else.
No other person or service has access to your replies.
You are in full control of your data. To permanently delete your account and everything associated with it, simply reply DELETE to Amal directly on WhatsApp at any time.
All your data (your name, number, journal entries, mood scores and conversation history) will be permanently and irreversibly removed within 24 hours.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use no advertising integrations and connect to no data brokers.
If you have any questions about how your data is handled, sign up and ask us directly through the programme. Once you're in, just send Amal a message and we will respond within 48 hours.
